Meet Chelsea

I understand the profound grief of losing a child. More than just a photographer, I am a parent who has experienced similar loss. 

Hi, I’m Chelsea. Born & raised here in the bluegrass. My husband and I got married in 2014. I’m a mom of four. We have two girls, and two boys.

My sweet second born, Anderson, or “Andy”, was born premature with several severe medical issues. After 47 hours of fighting, we said our goodbyes. I try to find many ways to honor his memory, photography is one of them.

Our promise: Free photography

We provide bereavement photography services completely free of charge. We believe that every family deserves to have beautiful, professional images to remember their child, without the added financial burden during an incredibly difficult time. This is our way of giving back and honoring the memory of our own son.

Why I do it:

We didn’t have the opportunity to have portraiture-like photos taken of our son Andy, just a few pictures we snapped on our phones. Although I’m grateful, I wish we had that opportunity for better quality photos of our sweet boy. I want to try to provide this for families who are in a similar situation. 

This provides photos to families and honors the memory of my son too.
